Can I hang them permanently?
They are designed for outdoor use, but installation should still keep the USB connection and power source suitably protected.
Can I connect two sets?
The sets do not physically connect and each one requires its own power source. However, multiple sets can be added to the app and controlled together for a coordinated lighting setup.
Can I use them without the app?
Yes. The included remote provides quick control without needing to open the app.
Can I use them in winter?
Yes. The IP65 rated light string is designed for year round outdoor use, including typical rain and changing weather conditions.
Do they need permanent wiring?
No. They use a 5V USB connection, so no permanent electrical installation is required.
Can I use them under a gazebo?
Yes. They are suitable for covered and open outdoor spaces such as gazebos, patios and pergolas.
Can I return it if I’m not satisfied?
Our additional 30-day change-of-mind offer requires eligible items to be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging, with all included parts and accessories. Contact hello@zyko.uk before sending a return so we can provide instructions. These conditions do not limit statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
