Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind every frame we release. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging should be intact and protective materials included
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Process

To start a return, contact us at hello@zyko.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any relevant photos if damage occurred

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. We recommend tracked shipping for your protection.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Exceptions

We don’t accept returns for:

  • Custom orders
  • Items marked as final drop or non-returnable
  • Frames damaged due to mishandling

5. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order once your return is processed.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your frame arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll review and either refund or replace, depending on availability
