Refund Policy

 

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

All protective materials and accessories must be included

A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


2. How to Start a Return

To begin the process, email us at hello@zyko.uk with:

Your order number

A short description of the issue

Photos, if damage occurred during delivery

Once approved, we’ll provide full return instructions. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.


4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Custom or made-to-order items

Final drop, clearance, or non-returnable marked products

Items damaged through misuse or mishandling


5. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order once your return has been processed.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zyko.uk with photos of the issue.
We’ll review it promptly and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
