Important HDMI Sync Note
Real-time screen syncing works with content that passes through the sync box via HDMI.
Built-in TV apps such as Netflix, Disney+ or Prime Video do not pass through the HDMI box, so their on-screen content will not sync unless you use an external HDMI streaming device.

How does the HDMI 2.0 Sync Box work?
The sync box connects between your HDMI device and TV, analysing the video signal to synchronise the RGB LED backlighting with the colours displayed on screen.
Does my TV need to be connected to WiFi?
No. The sync box receives its video signal through HDMI. WiFi is used for smart features and app control rather than transferring the video itself.
Which TV size option should I choose?
Measure your TV diagonally from one corner of the screen to the opposite corner, then select the closest HDMI 2.0 backlight kit size: 40–50", 55–65", 75–85", 90–98" or 110–120".
If your TV falls between two size ranges, choose the option that provides enough LED strip to fit around the back of your television. For example, a 70" TV may be better suited to the 75–85" kit.
The goal is to ensure the LED strip covers your TV's rear edges without coming up short.
Can I use the sync box for 4K gaming at 120Hz?
The HDMI 2.0 Sync Box supports 4K at 60Hz, making it suitable for everyday gaming and entertainment. For 4K at 120Hz, VRR and ALLM support, we recommend our Zyko Atmos HDMI 2.1 Sync Box, designed for higher refresh rates and next-generation gaming consoles.
Can I return it if I’m not satisfied?
Our additional 30-day change-of-mind offer requires eligible items to be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging, with all included parts and accessories. Contact hello@zyko.uk before sending a return so we can provide instructions. These conditions do not limit statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. For eligible UK statutory cancellations, you may inspect the goods as you reasonably could in a shop, and original packaging is not required. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
