Where We Ship From

Zyko is a UK-based brand. To offer the best balance of availability, quality, and pricing, orders may be dispatched from one of our trusted fulfilment partners located both within the UK and internationally.

As a result, some orders may begin their journey outside the UK before being handed over to a UK courier for final delivery.


Dispatch & Processing

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing and dispatch stage. Dispatch refers to the order being prepared and released from the fulfilment centre and does not always mean immediate tracking activity.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, though processing times may vary depending on order volume and availability.


Tracking Information (Last-Mile Tracking)

Our shipments use last-mile tracking.

This means:

  • Tracking updates typically begin once the parcel reaches the UK and is scanned into the local courier’s system

  • Prior to this stage, tracking activity may be limited or unavailable

  • Final delivery within the UK is handled by a local courier

Once the parcel has entered the UK delivery network, tracking will update automatically as scans are applied.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 9–12 business days. This is an estimate and may vary due to factors such as courier processing, weather conditions, customs clearance (where applicable), or other external delays.

Delivery times shown at checkout reflect the full journey from dispatch through to final delivery and are not guaranteed.


Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier on your behalf.
